CHEF SALAD
A duet of freshly sliced Turkey & ham on a fresh bed of romaine, tomato, olives and carrots with American & provolone cheeses
CHICKEN SALAD (FRIED or GRILLED) or (BUFFALO)
Heaping bed of romaine filled with black olives, tomatoes & carrots, topped with crispy fries, freshly cooked chicken & sprinkled with mozzarella cheese
STEAK SALAD
Hand cut steak served atop fresh spring mix with candied pecans, black olives, carrots, tomatoes & crispy fries sprinkled with asiago cheese
LAMB SALAD
Marinated lamb grilled & served on a bed of spring mix with kalamata olives, carrots, tomatoes, mozzarella & feta cheeses
